Making your own Bath Salts

Have you tried the feeling of bath salts but you don’t like how much it costs? There’s a way for you to experience it and you it won’t cost you much. You can do it yourself at home which will be very relaxing and comforting for you.
Here are some tips:
1. Prepare the things you need that are available in your house. You will need a large glass bowl, salt, baking soda and food coloring.
2. Look for an airtight container to put your bath salts in.
3. Get a big bowl to mix your bath salts.
4. Put a small amount of Epsom salts which can be bought at your local drug store. It is a chemical compound use for bath salts. No need for a doctor’s prescription.
5. Use a few drops of scented natural oil for a pleasant fragrance.
6. Mix up the oil together with 6 cups of Epsom salts.
7. Mix in 4 cups of baking soda.
8. Add the Epsom salts in to the bowl with baking soda and add another 2 cups of rock salt to blend.
9. If you want it to have a bit of color then add a few drops of food coloring.
10. Add more of the scented oil if you want more fragrance and you can now enjoy your homemade bath salts and start you bath.
You can enjoy your bath salts every day or even twice a week. This will rejuvenate your mind and body and it will give you relaxation. You can use bath salts with your kids as well, but make sure to avoid getting it in their eyes to avoid irritation and an allergic reaction.
