That Pretty Pink Bike Lock

Now a stainless steel bike lock, with a cable that is 60 inches long, and that uses letter combinations that are easier to remember than having to remember a series of numbers. I never had a letter lock before, so this is a new useful tool for me.

I can use my new bike lock for many different things, not just for the old bike sitting out in the garage. I will need to order another one for the bike, so that I can make use of this lock for inside storage bins that I want to have locked. I was never so good at remembering numbers that mean absolutely nothing to me, but now I just create a word that I like, and you don’t know what it is, and I use that as my combination code. I can’t forget my word. Plus, I can change to a different word whenever I want, no problem.

I think this is a good choice for a multi-purpose lock, not just a bike lock. The other characteristic of the Wordlock CL-410-PK is that it is weather resistant. I don’t have to worry about rust getting on or into it. It beats that problem, which some other lock manufacturers have not eliminated. That problem was a real one with a lock that I had for years. Rust got to it and it was ruined.

So here I have a good lock that I will keep, maybe forever. The Wordlock is actually quite pretty too, dressed in a pretty pick hose liner, and black lock control panel. That pink and black color scheme should work in my home.
